It is the policy of
Heart of the Desert, Inc. to stand behind our product.
We will replace any product that is determined not good, as long as
it is returned before the shelf life of the product has expired.
The shelf life will be figured from the date of purchase. Products
that are past the shelf life or are determined to have been exposed
to unreasonable conditions will not be eligible for return. Returns
are at the sole discretion of
Heart of the Desert, Inc.
All returned
products may be refunded by check or with a credit to the customers
account at the discretion of Heart of the Desert, Inc. If a credit to the customers
account is issued, the credit must be used within one year from the
date it was issued otherwise the credit will be forfeited to
Heart of the Desert,
Inc.
