Butcher's Spice Blend
Getting a steakhouse crust at home usually means reaching for three jars, coarse salt, cracked pepper, and minced garlic, then guessing the ratio every time. Butcher's Spice Blend does it in one hand-mixed bag: coarse sea salt, Tellicherry peppercorns, minced garlic, and black garlic, measured and ready to go.
How to Enjoy:
Rub onto steaks, ribs, or burgers before grilling or roasting. Sprinkle over chicken, pork, or vegetables. Mix into ground beef for burgers or meatballs. Stir into marinades or sauces. Shake onto fries or roasted potatoes.
