Green Chile Dip
MEDIUM HEAT LEVEL
This delicious dip will put you in a New Mexico state of mind! Wonderful as a dip or as a seasoning to bring any dish to the next level! Add 1.5 cups sour cream and .5 cup mayonnaise. Each package makes 16 ozs (2 cups).
Directions: Add contents to 1 1/2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise. Mix and let set refrigerated for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Green Chile Enchilada Sauce: Add mix and two tablespoons of corn starch to 16 oz of cool water. Bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes.
Yield & Storage: Makes about two cups of prepared dip. Store unopened package in a cool, dry place.
