Heart of the Desert Malvasia Bianca is a sweet white wine with a golden hue that’s produced from one of the world’s oldest grape varietal families. Our modern take showcases a fresh and fruity flavor that’s almost tropical, highlighted by honey overtones. The sweetness and silky texture of Heart of the Desert Malvasia Bianca make this a great dessert wine. Those same characteristics also make for a perfect pairing with spicy ethnic dishes, such as enchiladas or curries. And because of its near-tropical sweetness, you can also enjoy it with light seafood dishes like shrimp tacos. Serve this one nicely chilled. Use it to make Sangria by mixing it with Heart of the Desert Viva La Roja.
