Not a typical zin/cab blend, but tasty

This wine has the look of a Pinot Noir, and also the typical fruity tastes such as cherry and strawberry. It does not have the tannins typically associated with a dry red blend. This is a medium weight wine that is sweeter than drier than would be expected, but is a tasty wine with a short finish to be enjoyed on its own or with lighter fare. A nice red wine for the non-red-wine-drinker to transition to.
