Royal Zinphony
Heart of the Desert Royal Zinphony is one of our proprietary blends, featuring a beautifully balanced combination of our Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel grapes. With a 50/50 split of each varietal, this light and fruity red boasts a berry-forward flavor of raspberries, cranberries, and dried cherries. Its bold, not-quite-sweet-but-still-fruity flavor and tannic, velvety texture pair well with spicy foods, red meat, bold cheeses, and salty snacks. It’s also a great complement to red sauces, both Mexican and Italian. Enjoy Heart of the Desert Royal Zinphony on its own, or pour some to go with tonight’s dinner. We prefer it slightly chilled, but it’s also delicious at room temperature.
