White Zinfandel
Heart of the Desert White Zinfandel is a floral, moderately sweet wine that’s approachable and easy to drink. Its bouquet smells of strawberries and rose petals, while its flavor profile calls to mind melon and white peaches. Delicious on its own, its fruity profile also makes it a perfect choice for a wine slushie or poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Heart of the Desert White Zinfandel pairs well with oily fish like salmon, as well as with salty snacks like pretzels and pistachios. Like most pink wines, we recommend serving this one chilled.
