Shipping chocolate is tricky business. We work hard to ensure our chocolate is delivered fresh and in perfect condition, but it can be difficult during the warmer seasons of the year. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders in transit to warmer climates, we discourage UPS ground shipping. We are unable to guarantee that the chocolate will arrive in satisfactory condition via ground shipping. Instead, please call us at 1-800-432-0999 for a quote on USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3-day air, UPS 2-day air, and UPS next-day air options.
To avoid chocolate sitting in a UPS truck over the weekend during the warmer months, all shipments leave our facility Monday-Thursday.
