sweet and salty

The brittle is wonderful, best ever!. Pistachios are over salted . I quickly rinsed them in water let them dry, then they were fine.

My compliments to the chef!

We got this as a gift for Christmas. The pistachio brittle and salted pistachios compliment each other so well! You could easily eat half in one setting if not careful! I will be ordering this for all of my friends and neighbors here in Louisiana for 2021 Christmas!!
